Everyone here at Hayfield is overjoyed that our new state of the art kennel facility is finally complete. We now have the ability to hopefully meet our client’s expectations with increasing our availability! Not only do we have an increased amount of kennels, but we have 30 beautiful new runs for pets of all sizes as well as what we like to call Deluxe Runs. This provides your pet with a large amount of space so they can feel right at home during their stay. More than half of our deluxe runs have large size windows so that pets can watch what’s going on outside. The Deluxe Run also offers multipet boarding at an affordable price.
Go on vacation worry fee and no longer fear the nearby roads. Our kennel now has direct access to our new fenced in walk area especially for our boarding animals. Our animal care specialists can take your pet out for walks without ever being in an unsafe, unfenced area.

**New Boarding Policy**
***Please note that there as been some increases in the boarding fees since we are now able to provide new and improved kennel services. Fees are no longer based on the weight of the animal but on the size cage requested by owner, however owners are unable to reserve a cage that is under sized for the pet’s weight. They may either have the exact size cage that’s fits their pet’s weight or they have the options of going larger if available.***

Small ---> 0-20 lbs. ---> $23.00
- 1ft. 9in by 2ft. 3in -
Medium ---> 21-40 lbs. ---> $25.00
- 2ft. 4in by 2ft. 4in -
Large ---> 41-60 lbs. ---> $27.00
- 2ft. 4in by 2ft. 9in -
Regular Run ---> 60lbs. and up --->$29.00
- 4ft. 3in by 3ft. -
Deluxe Run ---> Any size pet or multi-pet--->$32.00 per pet
- 8ft. 4in by 3ft. 9in -
Feline Condo ---> $24.50
Cancellation Policy
To help provide care to as many clients and patients possible, there will now be a fee for any missed reservations or late notice cancellations. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation you must give at least 48 hours notice, and 72 hours if holiday related. Standard cancellation fee is 3 days boarding at excepted price per animal. A valid Credit Card number will be required to finalize ALL boarding reservations, and will be charged accordingly if there is any late cancellation or no shows.
